Ht. 5'8", Start: 264 lb, Today: 260 lb, Goal: 200 lb - i lost 4 pounds ,and im thrilled , but i lost them because of excersise , and im having a hard time with my eating habbits that im afraid i wont lose more, and eventually gain them back , i cant seam to stop eating junk-food, and my parents wont stop bying them so do try , any tips , i could use all the help i could get , sos to everybody

thnxs for the tip!!, it took me a week and half to lose that , my work out routine , is a couple of days in the week i go to the club 4r gym , pool and tennis , and in between at home i go on my stationery bike for an a hour + a 15 min workout of sit-ups , push ups , jumping jacks ,etc.. the excersise is great .but the eating habbits.grrrrr

well u can eat junk food but not everyday i'm eating wat i want but a little bit of it and no sweets or junk food only like once a week jus try to eat a little of it and as long as u workout u wont gain it back unless u eat so much that it's more than u burn
