Reply from rochelle, Age 17 - 07/25/07 - IP#: 142.68.45.xxx i don't really like working out expecially in the summer time beacause it is really hot outside, so i would suggest you just go for an hour long walk in the evening at a good walking speed and swing your arms too and when you come home from the walk have a nice cold glass of water and if you are hungry just some fruits or something healthy ... if you have a pool, that would be good exercise too or go to the beach cuz swimming is one of the best exercises because you move your whole body. i walked everyday for an hour and last summer me and my sister would go to the beach and we would have races in the water and swim from one end to the other and i ended up losing 20 pounds, and i ate takeout and junkfood a lot too. good lUCK~!!~

I be feeling like that too but I start thinking "I can do this I'm just being lazy and that ain't gonna get me no where." Ya know. Think positive. I also keep this quote in my mind when working out gets hard "Pain is only weakness leaving the body" so that pushes me. Hope that helped.
