From sarah, Age 14 - 07/25/07 - IP#: 66.25.159.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ugh... at the begining of the summer i had lost almost 20 pounds since january..but now i've gained about 10 back..it's so annoying!! i'm starting again.. no sodas.. not even diet..because you just feel gross after that. anyways.. here's what i've had today.. help me out.. please... breakfast: whole grain tost with a tablespoon of peanut butter, lunch: some zuchini and whole grain pasta salad that had edamame and bell peppers in it.... snack: tiny bowl of unsalted peanuts.. (about 30 pieces) and a bowl of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes topped with balsamic vinegar, garlic, and some pepper. i think for dinner i'm going to have a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread. with lettuce, a few pickles... and mustard.. no cheese..and especially not mayo..i hate mayo... how did i do.. oh and i had 2 cups of green tea.. and i worked out for an hour.. 20 on tredmile, 20 on eliptical, and about 20 doing some weight stuff. nowww how did i do

Reply from sindy, Age 14 - 07/26/07 - IP#: 12.213.80.xxx you did excellent. i know how you feel it is harder during the summer to lose wieght because the temtptaion to eat is 24/7 but in scool you are distracted. good job on the sodas pretty soon you probly will look at a soda and think why n the hec should i drink that gross drink that will one day rought my teeth out.
