So u should probley ask someone with the same problem. and people responding to her bulliten: dont say somthing like "just try quitting and not eatting to much" and if she is underage then her smokeing is mostlikley a secret so it might be pretty hard to get a patch.

However, you must consider that a life of smoking is far more unhealthy then a life of being slightly overweight. You're young. Just try to quit cold turkey. You can do it.
