Reply from Mikayla, Age 16 - 07/27/07 - IP#: 67.161.100.xxx Well I was in denial of how much I ate. I recommend you keep a food log. I did for a few days and turns out what i thought was the right amount of food was too much. You can still overeat with healthy food.

Reply from Sarah, Age 14 - 07/27/07 - IP#: 72.160.140.xxx well, even though your eating healthy, it might not be really healthy, check your labels. anything that has high fructose corn syrup or partially/fully hydrogenated oils(any variation of oils) can be bad too. high fructose corn syrup is artificial and your body doesnt know how to use it, just gets stored as fat(but its waay cheaper to make) and hydrogenated oils, well, some oils are good but those are really bad. maybe try some lifting too? thats one of the most efficient fat burning tools, maybe cut back on a little activities, change your schedule a little, but lifting is great for fat burning, it gives you muscle(more muscle=more muscle needing be repaired from exercise=more calories burned) muscles good^^ and it raises your metabolism(amount of calories burned while at rest),instead of doing the same thing every week, mix it up a little, well if you can
