Reply from Sarah, Age 14 - 07/27/07 - IP#: 76.189.157.xxx just trust me. drinking more water cleans out your system and the 'water weight' is made up of like bad stuff,salts and toxins in your body too. water cleans you out. burning fat, well like i think i said, lifting is good. you wont get big if you do it right, just super toned. while doing that, it increses your metabolism so youll burn more calories while at rest. if your still iffy, running is good too. swimming is amazing if you can. i still vote for lifting,free range weights are best.

Reply from Sarah, Age 14 - 07/27/07 - IP#: 72.160.140.xxx well, umm..water weight maybe? i mean that makes you all bloated and feels ughh . and why wouldnt you want muscle? it makes people look a lot better and you really wont get as big as you think, it takes a lot and i mean a lot, to get bodybuilder big, plus gives you something to look forward to seeing when you reach your goal weight^^ its probably water weight or something, just drink a lot of water(hah im pushing like over a gallon of water a day but u really dont need that much) itll clean you out and take care of the water weight,spices and green tea(like a cup a day)help too, and green tea boosts your metabolism, well so does water^^, if that doesnt work, ahh sorry thats all i got
