Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi I'm kady I was overweight and kids mad fun of me. I see a lot of girls who are skinny and pretty. And all I can think of is i'm gross nobody likes me cause i'm fat. I weighed 146 when i started working out. But instead of losing wieght i was gaining and now i way 158. I need advice on how i'm going to lose the goal wieght i want. So can you please help me. I will really appreciate it if you would help me. Thank you!

well when u started to work out u gained muscle...so ur weight increased. more muscle burns more fat so soon u will notice that ur weight starts to go down again when that muscle u gained will start burning the fat.
