Ht. 6'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 227 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Its been a while since I have been on here. Now I weigh 190.A the weight seems to be commung off everywhere but, my butt is growing really big. I went to the doctor and he said it was all fat that I still need to loose. I know know you can't spot reduce but is there somthing that will help??
