Ht. 5'11", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Im going to be a senior!! yeaya! anyways right now im having 2adays for volleyball and i will be playing basktball and softball this year...everyone says to lose weight you have to excersize but the thing is i do...all the time because of me playing 3 sports and i only eat about 1300 calories a daya...and im still not losing weight. I dont get it does anyone have any certain excersizes or ideas that would help me lose weight?!

I know how you are feeling. I only eat about 1200 to 1400 calories and do about 2 hours of exercise. I do Walk off the pounds and I have lost 4 pounds in one week doing that. every day
