Then my body's like I hate you so it goes back up to 172. I eat about 1200-1400 calories a day. Then I do about 30 min walk, 30 min soccer, 4 mile walk, and sometimes other things. and I change my routine every day. What am I doing wrong. Please reply

OK, if your checking your weight EVERY SINGLE DAY STOP its not right!!!!!! CHECK YOUR WEIGHT EVERY WEEK OR TWO WEEKS no less thatn these dates plz!!!! But dont stop what your doing its a perfect and fun plan!!! Goood Lucckk!!!!
