Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey what kind of cardio should i do to get the fat offf my bellyy. and i really dont want to do running for a cardio

i love biking. i didn't like running either at first, but i kept doing it because i knew what the results would be, not i can barely go a day with out it! i'm not sure what tennis does, but it is a temendous sport. it won't eactly target your stomach, but it will for your legs, and since it burns so many calories, it will help with just about everything
