Or other times when I do exercise I can't continue to do it. I think that I'll do it the next day but I never get to it. Then when I go to school every one is like super skinney so I feel out of place. I really try to keep on a diet or exercise daily, but I can never stick to it. I just don't know what to do at this point.
Reply from Emily, Age 13 - 08/01/07 - IP#: 4.238.130.xxx U sound like me. either u need to get motivation to exercise or try to find things that u enjoy doing. do u like to swim?(or any sport at all) try to do a sport u like or u can also go hiking or just walk around. also, just find healthy things u do like to eat and snack on those before u grab something worse that u know u should not have. also dont "diet", make a lifestyle change:)
