Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone. I'm going to be completely honest. I don't want to work out outside anymore because it's like 90-100 degrees and I don't want heat stroke and it just isn't safe. So does anyone have any tips to exersize indoors? I have cardio dvds and stuff and I know that'll work but does anyone else have any more ideas? I really want to lose 20 lbs before school starts

I would suggest that you do jumping rope, running or jogging up and down stairs if you have any stairs. or go to different websites
