From sarah, Age 15 - 08/05/07 - IP#: 66.25.159.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey everybody. yesterday i weighed and i was down to 152. but this morning i was at 155. i think it's because i ate tortilla soup last night..which was really salty..so i didn't lose any water.. but.. anyways.. here is what i did today... i had a piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter.. then i went and did an hour step class at the gym. for lunch i had half of a tuna salad sandwhich. with a big salad.. (lettuce, onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers) with my mom's salad dressing.. it's just olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and dijon mustard. then.. i had some popcorn for a snack.. and for dinner i had a turkey sandwhich and a small mango smoothie. how'd i do?
Reply from sarah, Age 15 - 08/06/07 - IP#: 66.25.159.xxx yeah.. there wasn't... it's 94% fat free popcorn. so it was pretty healthy. in the smoothie..it was just made with real fruit.. and the tuna.. we used to large cans.. with like less than a tablespoon of mayo.. i hateee mayo..but it helps the tuna be alittle more creamy.. i'm a mustard kind of girl. thanks !!!
Reply from Kay, Age 16 - 08/06/07 - IP#: 68.0.231.xxx That actually looked really good. Just watch out for the little things like if there was mayo in the tuna salad, butter on the popcorn, or like tons of sugar in the smoothie. I'm gonna be optomisitic here and assume there wasn't so Great Job!
