Reply from molly, Age 13 - 08/06/07 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx run. i used 2 hate running, but now i'm addicted. it seems like if i don't go running i'll die. seriously. i ran like 1/2 mile my first day, and now i'm up to 5. i started like a month ago and went about 3 times a week. it will make a huge difference. weights are really good 2 cuz 1 pound of muscle burns 50 calories more than 1 pound of fat. good luck!
Reply from rach, Age 14 - 08/06/07 - IP#: 12.218.26.xxx run 1 mile a day, my friend did that because she has to run a lto for volleyball. she only did that for about 1 week and felt a lot better! her pants are getting very big for her and her arms fore toned. hope it helps! p.s she HATES running BUT she feels better after she does.. wish i could run my toe is broken though,,what cna I do? please repy 2 my post if u know
