Ht. 5'2", Start: 65 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone. I really need help. I want to be down to around 120 by Christmas. I'm going away and I need to look my best. I honestly have no idea what to do eating wise.. and exercise wise. Please leave me some tips. Thanks so much everyone !!!
