From Emily, Age 13 - 08/06/07 - IP#: 4.239.255.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 100 lb - i dont know if i should be happy or not. i have a very hard stomach from alot of muscle but now i still have a layer of fat and a pooch that makes me look like im pregnant. also, since i have that muscle, i look even fatter cuz the muscle sticks out and i look wider in my waist. i cant do anymore crunches cuz i dont want more muscle but cardio isnt working on burning that fat. what should i do?
