Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I'm afraid to step on the scale tomorrow at my weigh-in cuz ive been bad the past two days between the beach and an amusement park =[ Should i use my free pass that lets me skip the scale or should i face the facts? If i gained weight, i am worried my inspirtaion will fade.

i usually weigh myself every day. because it lets me see if there is any change. if i have gained any weight from the day before.. then i think back to what i ate yesterday.. and try not to eat that again.. (such as salty food) then.. that makes you work harder for the next day.. doing this lets you not slip up. just use whats on the scale to learn what not to do again. and if you drop. then use that for motivation.

Use the free pass. and use the extra days as exercise days or if you do use the extra days the might turn out just as bad. I would say weigh in. I face the facts all the time so... We all have our bad days
