Reply from Mary, Age 13 - 08/09/07 - IP#: 208.51.55.xxx What you should aim for is to lose around 2 lbs. a week so you're more likely to lose 6-9 pounds but that's still great progress. But I have some advice, walk 20 minutes every day and inches practically melt off. Also, snack on veggies & fruits.
