From sarah, Age 15 - 08/09/07 - IP#: 66.25.159.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey everybody..i don't count calories.. but maybe i should start. i don't know why i can't lose weight.. i've been workingo ut every single day since last monday.. so like. a week and half. yesterday for breakfast i had a piece of toast with peanut butter, a small apple, lunch... i had half a chicken sandwhich.. and a large salad with cucumbers. for snack..i mesed up.. i had a small light and fight yogurt. 2 apples, and some cucumbers. for dinner i had a veggie burger, that had some avacado on it.. and then steamed veggies. and that's it. i worked out for like an hour. today for breakfast i had the same thing has yesterday.. and for lunch i had whole wheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce, a salad and an apple. why can't i lose weight? i have completely cut out sugar
Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 08/11/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx sometimes our bodies are weird, some times you'll lose a pound in 2 days, and sometimes it takes a good 2 weeks then all of a sudden u drop 5 pounds. don't get discouraged, one day you'll wake up and step on the scale and BAM 5 pounds gone. just look forward to that day and keep yourself motivated
