Ht. 5'5", Start: 171 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys. Well I started doing more exersise now I'm doing 30 min in the morning on sculpting.and 1 hr in the afternoon on areobics and then 1 hr of cardio and 30 min of musle training and then 45 mins of run/walk/bycyle at night its the 3rd day I've done it and my bones really hurt. Do u think its a good workout to lose fat also

I agree w/ Deanna thats too much try spreading out the routine over a period of 2 or 3 days. Like 1 day you do aerobics and weight training the next cardio and strength or something.

I think you are doing way to much. An hour and a half a day is plenty. Your bones shouldn't be hurting.
