Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 234 lb, Goal: 200 lb - guys i really need help last time i went to the doctor she said i had high blood preassure and high colestoral i didn't tell anyone on the site bcuz i was doing really well on my diet but idk what to do it's stupid but sometimes i even think about not eating at all i know it's not healthy but i really don't know what to do i'm so scared that i can get diabetes HELP!! o and i'm going to runing camp next saturday but it sucks cuz i bet i'll be the only fat person there
i'm so so sick of being fat HELP me please give me some tips

I know exactly what you're going through with the high blood pressure and cholesterol because I have it too. :( You have to eat. Anorexia is not something you want to get mixed up in, honestly. It can do all sorts of horrible things to your body. What I recommend doing is if you are prone to eating a lot of junk food, cut back gradually, say one or two less junky snacks a day and before you know it you'll be completely off the stuff. Also make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies; they taste amazing and are great for you. Some of my faves are apples, oranges, grapes, carrots, and broccoli. Exercise for an hour a day at least three or four times a week to help your metabolism burn fat and calories. Drink lots and lots of water; it has no calories and fills you up.
