Today I've eaten 2 granola bars and a little cheese. Oh, and two cups of gatorade. Its now 5:24 and I'm debating eating or not tonight because I really ate crappy yesterday but its my bro's birthday and we're going out. Maybe I'll get like soup or something and then not eat cake...I don't know. Er-hate my body so much right now.

You need to eat at least 1770 calories for your body to function right. Google basal metobolic rate and resting metobolic rate. It's key in losing weight and everyone should know about it.

If you have to eat when you go out, soup is a really good option, and make sure to get water to drink so you can have sips of that in between bites of food so your stomach fills up quicker and you'll be less tempted to eat the fattening foods.
