From Amanda, Age 18 - 08/14/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I am inching my way closer to my goal :) I'm so happy. the most i had ever lost in my LIFE was 10 pounds, and i gained 5 back in no time, but i lost 26 pounds so far and it's staying off and keeps coming off slowly but surely. i don't exercise at all which i probably should but i work and am really busy, but my job keeps me on my feet walking back and forth and lifting boxes and stuff for 8 hours a day so thats not too bad. good luck everyone :)

Take that number, and that is around how many calories you need to eat each day. It's a very helpful website. You can figure out just how many calories you burn everyday, including your workout. I am trying to find the right balance for my weight/height... Good job! The feeling of that accomplishment will prove to be the biggest motivation, so stick with it!
