Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 08/16/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx if you're about due to get your period it could be water retension, or if you've eaten salty foods in the past couple of days, you could be retaining water again. just drink water and lay off the salt for a while, or if it's your period just wait it out. i know with me i was 200lbs, then i was about to get my period and i gained like 5lbs, and i was like what the hell, then after my period was done i went down to 199lbs. just wait it out everything will be okay :)
