I feel pretty much the same but don't lose hope! things will get better, you have to be determined if you want to lose weight. DOn't critisize yourself, it'll only kill your self esteem and which will make you gain weight. I wish I could take my own advice.

I don't know how many cals you're eating but if you eat too little, you'll binge. As for exercise (I've never really had problems with exercise so I don't know if this helps but...) I like to think of exercise as a competition with myself (if its running and isn't a direct competition like fullcourt basketball). I like to win so I do it and push hard. Perhaps you like seeing how many calories you burn? Try an elliptical, bike, or treadmill...I've done this before and I really like to calculte my food cals for the day and then try and burn off all the cals I ate that day (this takes about 2-3 hours though and most people aren't into that. Plus, its hella hard). If you have a hard time motivating yourself, join a sports team or try group fitness. The main thing with exercise is there are so many possibilities you just have to find one that works. Cross country running is not the only way to burn calories and then fat.
