From Amanda, Age 18 - 08/16/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 180 lb - this doesn't make any sense? i was 199lbs yesterday, and today i went for an hour long walk with my boyfriend and his mom.. and it was a hard walk we went uphill on this mountain, and i hadnt eaten til i got home, i weighed myself and i lost another 2 pounds? is that normal lol and i ate and drank and i still weigh the same so its not just because i was empty. weird. i'm not complaining haha this is awesome but how does that happen
Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 08/18/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx actually my weight hasnt changed since then so i actually did lose 2 lbs. and apparantly if you weigh yourself everyday you lose more weight and keep it off unlike people who weigh themselves weekly or monthly etc. look it up
