how long will it take u to reach ur goal? it depends on how hard your willing to work... if u just want to diet and not excersize or only want to do both very little.. a couple of pounds a month. if u really work hard and find the right diet and excersize a hour a day 5 or 6 times a week u can loose 15 pounds a month... u just have to realize sometimes its a long process and it might take a while ther is no really fast fix
