Ht. 5'0", Start: 122 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey all i know it doesnt look like i weight alot but i have fat i cannot get rid of like the bottom of my stomach i have a pouch its likt a hill and i need to get rid of it by next summer i really want a belly ring my thighs are huge and so is my face i have really chubby cheeks and my but too my inner tighs have fat on them and i need to lose it.
Im going to start to run evreyday for 30 min and maybe do some other ex=ercises like sit ups im also going to stop eating candy and junk food which i love im gonna start to eat grapes and lots of fruit and drink ALOT of water not pop and stuff like that

running is excelent for your getting rid of fat and to lose weight.
