Ht. 5'2", Start: 180 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey Guys I LOST 11lbs already I'm am so proud of myself. But now I'm trying this 4 day diet that you can lose up to 20lbs in 4 dayz.I really works the last time I tried it I lost almost 15 lbs and kept it off!!!! School here in florida starts tomorrow. I'm sorta nervous. But hey gotta get my education.Hope you guys keep going even if you messed up get back on the wagon trust me it'll be all worth it in the end.Keep up the good work.

Actually your right whitney It's a very resticted but it does work I went from 194 to 181 I don't recommend it to anyone it's hard but hey it works though.Now I'm down to 169 from this other diet I lost 9 lbs in the first week Now that one is a healthy on but the 4 day is only if you want to lose some weight for an event or some thing But I do not starve myself trust me I EAT Id rather be fat than to starve.Starving your self is not the way to go.I do not reccomend the 4 day diet I just used it to boost up my metabolism this time I lost 11 lbs.BUT DO NOT RECCOMMED TO ANYONE.

Even if you do lose 20 pounds, once you're off the diet you're gonna gain 25 back. There are no quick fixes.

Ok everyone...there is no healthy way to lose 20 lbs and 4 days and KEEP IT OFF. Think about it everyone, don't be stupid and hurt your body.
