Ht. 5'4", Start: 179.6 lb, Current: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb -
Ok....Im not going to my weigh-in tomorrow...ill go thursday, will waiting one more day make that much of a difference? Like i eat good tomorrow and workout for 2 hrs and then b4 the weigh-in i work out for 90 mins and dont eat b4 it?

Well, if its like a boxing weighin where you don't really care if weight lost is fat or not then, yeah, the scale will move. You can do this by not eating before and working out. Sweating and stuff. This isn't a diet though because its unhealthy on a regular basis and for the short time you'll be doing it you won't lose fat you're going to be losing water and will be lighter because you won't have any food in you.

I really don't know unless you exercise off 3500 calories you might lose weight I don't know I lost 3 pounds one day before though
