BMI charts. okay, i'm 195 lbs right now, but i look slim. i'm naturally heavy, and i have muscle and i'm tall. i know people use that excuse all the time but whatever, anyways the BMI charts tell me i need to weigh 150 lbs to be considered in a healthy weight. are you kidding me? if i weighed 150lbs i'd be a toothpick. i really think they need to snap into reality and make a chart that suits different body types as well as the "classic" body type. i'm not a little rake with a tiny bone structure, i'm a normal person. anyways, i'm not going by that. i'm going by how much fat i can pinch off myself. if i can grab a handful of fat, im overweight, if i can pinch next to nothing, i'm healthy. don't go by what this stupid chart says, go by how you look and feel.

Reply from Emily, Age 13 - 08/27/07 - IP#: 4.238.130.xxx i know. myhealthy weight for my body is supposed to be 135 and im 5'5". i know a girl named leah who is 5'6" and 133 pounds and she is supposed to be at 120 pounds. i would be considered anorexic at that weight, said my doctor. i hate how i have to be a bitheavier then other people to be healthy.
