So I'm starting my diet this week. I have tried so many times before to lose the weight and nothing has worked but this time I'm gonna do my best because I'm putting my health badly at risk by being this big. I'm not too close to my family so I'm going to need all the help and support I can get from you lot. I know I need to exercise but I love to eat, even when I'm not hungry I eat. Theres no one here to stop me from doing it and once I start eating I just want more and more! Food is a total addiction to me, how do I stop it??? any help would be great thanx!

Reply from Stacy, Age 17 - 08/29/07 - IP#: 141.151.112.xxx Well congrats on realizing you want a change and joining us here =] Yes, weightloss can be a struggle, but it pays off in the end. I ,too, like most of us on here have an "addiction" to food. Try saying to yourself, "I know what this already tastes like" or "It's not like it's never going to be there again...i can have it another time". these seem to help me out. Also, the carbonated, flavored waters keep my appetite down, plus help me get my water needs in! Hope this helps, and good luck on ur journey...im rooting for you!!
