Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Here is any idea. Take a piece of copy paper fold it in half the long way. Then fold into little pieces so it would look like a little book. Then write down September, October, November, ect for each little page. then write down what you weigh that day, then your goal,what your bmi is now, bmi when you end that month, weight lost, did you reach your goal and how much bmi you lost. Here what it should look like. Started 170, goal 165, bmi was 30.9, bmi now , weight lost, reached goal, bmi lost. It always help me lose weight. I hope it helps you guys

yea thats good 2 record it ... i hav a food and exercise diary with and each month i have a page with all my goal weights for that month and on those dates i weigh myself then put the weight i am next 2 the goal :D
