Reply from Ella, Age 18 - 09/02/07 - IP#: 128.227.57.xxx I'd say any exercise that's cardio burns fat. What's wrong with muscle though? You will never look bulky because you don't have steroids or testosterone. The sexiest body types out there are tone and lean-think olympic swimmer.
