From Amanda, Age 18 - 09/04/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i suck i had pizza last night, and a sundae lol oh well, i've been taking these pills that help your thyroid gland produce more hormone so your metabolism speeds up and burns calories way faster, and i've noticed a difference! i basically screw up all the time and eat the wrong foods and nothing happens, but thats no good because i want to LOSE weight not maintain lol anyways, from today on, i'm going to be good and allow myself a little thing once on fridays. anyway, so far i've lost 30lbs, and i thought that a good goal would be 180-175 because i'm tall with a medium to large frame and i have muscle, but i think i should lower it to 165lbs because i still have a lot of extra fat around my belly and arms and hips etc. my stomach is so flat but you know, flabby, and flabby isnt cute lol
