Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - .................... ok so im back up 2 165 ... WTF!! im thinking mayb its muscle cause like i havent eaten badly at all since sunday and ive run for like 40mins+ everyday ... and my calf muscles r like rock so i think it may b muscle :/ anyway i want it gone! lol so im running everyday till sunday and hopefully i lose by then.... hope every1 is doing good :D u can email me or add me 2 msn if u want to talk about wateva: mandina206@hotmail.com .... ♥ ♥ ♥

hey took me years. ive been on and off with this whole healthy thing and i think its been like 3 years ... but when i have been losing i just do wat every1 says : i eat healthy 1200ish calories a day(sometimes i slip up) and try to execise everyday for at least 30 mins. every1 can do it its just a matter of sticking 2 it :D but u can ♥
