Ht. 5'6", Start: 193 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey everybody, I'm back from a while of not being here... I have a problem where I like to binge. Like, I'll go buy some food at the nearest Rite Aid or someplace, and stash it in my locker. The problem is, it's all gone in a really short time period. It burns money FAST, and is also adding SO MANY pounds on... I don't know how to stop. Help???

i know exactly where ur coming from. actually i did that just the other day...luckily by bf was there soo he actually did more of the eating than me but none-the-less...hes a guy he can do that...grr.
but kno i have that same problem sometimes...i by something as like a lil treat once a week and by the time that second week comes...it was gone. its all in ur attitude actually. you just have to constantly tell yourself NO not right now. i DONT need it...eventually it will get easier to not eat it all so fast. also people have a tendency to eat more when they are eating straight from the bag or box. so before you just stick it in your locker bag it up in individual bags even if they are already pre-packaged! or if they are pre-packaged take like 5 out and leave the rest at home or away from you. and then say ok these 5 have to last me either 2 weeks or depending how fast or bad you are just the one week. and when that portion is gone if it hasnt been the whole alotted time...too bad you just hafta wait until that time period is over before you stock back up...
