Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - this message is for Kayli. to answer ur question it took me about 3 months to lose 30lbs. i had a steady loss of about a pound or two a week, and its just because i wasnt eating as much as i used to, i didnt exercise much. but now i'm paying for it because my weight loss has slowed down a lotttt so now im trying to get way more exercise in there. it's fairly easy if you dont think about it too much, i find as soon as i TRY hard to lose weight, it becomes more difficult. basically, my advice to anyone would be just go with the flow and don't let this whole weightloss thing interupt your life and consume your entire mind. good luck :)
