Ht. 5'6", Start: 193 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 104 lb - Hey guys, today I threw out all of my candy! It felt so good, and I felt cleansed... It's like I was freed from the bonds that candy had held on me. IT FEELS GREAT! And I got a book, and I joined a weight loss site.... AMAZING!!
