Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey every1 i just wanted to tell every1 how much sparkteens.com has helped me. It's made me more organized not only when it came to my diet but in my life i've relized how good it is to make sure u know what ur going to eat instead of just opening the frige and gettting whats there. I've eating way more veggies and everything is really good u guys should really try it if u haven't i'll come back on saturday to post if i've lost any but i'll still try to help u guys as much as i can bcuz u've guys helped me so much and don't even know it so to every1 who's ever commented my postings thanks so much.
