Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (current and starting are switched)
Heyyyyy blubberbusters i'm back! Not sure you remember me, I was on ALL the time in the winter i think. (remember i put up those pics?) Basically i ditched weight loss for awhile. I dont know what happened, the motivation just fizzled away. I havent weighed myself in forever so i'm not sure if the weight is right. Anyway i'm back! And i am so ready to get down to a size 5! But i need a little help cause i suck at weight loss. hahah. right now one of my closest friends is "losing weight" and its so freaking annoying because she wasn't even close to overweight before. A few months ago she was a 0/2 and now shes a 00. Just over 100 lbs. She lost like 10 lbs in this past month. You probably think she has an eating disorder but she really doesnt. She eats super healthy and works out a lot now. its annoying though. You're allowed to indulge occasionally, right? She has like, these sculpted abs too, from doing 500 crunches a day. Arghhh it makes me jealous. I'm gonna get there though! Basically my lifestyle is like this: i eat like most people, indulge a little more often than i should. healthy choices are always in my mind and i usually have something ok but not like suberbly healthy. eercise is sooo hard to fit in for me though. i am very very dedicated to school which takes up time. I am on the tennis team though. Practice everyday which burns some calories i guess but it isnt intense. Soooo today went like this: honeycombs for bfast; pb&j, water, bbq chips, and im forgetting something else for lunch; a snack of leftover tator tots; dinner was a pork sandwich and fresh salad and a tid bit of honey mustard. Pretty horrible eating I know. I had gym class today: slowly jumped rope (didnt wanna be sweaty for the rest of the day) and practice after school for 1.5 hours. Tadaaaa. normally i do a little better. I have more about my weight loss life to say too but i think thats enough for now! I'm impressed if you read it all! Thanks for everything guys hope to get some feedback, advice, criticism, w/e!

hey ypu totally did great! I went to a nutritionist today and she said the american heart association just revised their physical activity reccomendation and it says teens only need to be active 30 min.s a day 5 days a week if it is moderate activity and only 20 min. 3 days a week if it is vigorous activity. Also I am 5'2 and 111 lbs and to maintain my weight with the exercise I d which is 30 min. of moderate 5 times a week I need 1700-2000 calories per day! Since I weigh less and am shorter You definitely need more calories than I do! So don't worry you are doing amazing! Don't overwork yourself especially if you are not eating enough because exercise only is beneficial to metabolism when you are feeding your body enought to preform accurately!
