Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I can't believe this i'm only eating like 1500 calories and doing over an hour of workout and burning 1345 calories. What I do I gain 3 pounds this week. I don't understand my peroid just stopped could that be why i'm not losing weight. It's making me so mad. So just for that I'm gonna do my 4 mile walk dvd I hope that will help I hope.

What do u use to lose that amount of calories?? And u know that can also mean ur starting to gain musle!
