Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I ate like 230 for breakfast, 470 for lunch, snack like 400,like 300 for supper. So I had 1400 calories.For exercise i'm going to do 11 min soccer, 30 min different stuff maybe my 4 mile walk or Taebo.. So how did I do. PLease reply
