Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 09/22/07 - IP#: 71.121.197.xxx Hey girly. Going to the gym will help you a LOT. Try to burn at least 300 calories on cardio machines while you are there. I like to go and do like 20 minutes cross-trainer, 20 mintues stationary bike, and 20 minutes treadmill. That's a great fat burner. Then do weight lifting for like 20-30 mins. OHhh and eat meat. Just eat like chicken and turkey it's good for you.
