Start off small okay like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday go walk for like 1/2 hr in the morning. Then on Saturdays and Sundays go to the beach or best thing walk around the mall or shopping center and pick out ur goal clothes. Don't buy anything but be reasonable. Like say if I lose 5 lbs I will be able to wear that and by the time i lose 30 lbs I will fit into those. Don't worry about people looking at u...I feel the same way so do many girls. For instance my roommate is thin as a stick and complains she doesn't have any weight and she eats a lot to try and gain some hips. Feel proud of urself. Oh and if u do try the vegan thing it's a big change it's a lifestyle change, one that takes a lot of commitment. Try just eating healthier like for breakfast have some yogurt and juice. lunch have veggies and some meat. and then for dinner have fun and make ur meal! good luck

Since I lost 30 pounds people are a lot nicer to me. I think it's possible to lose 30 pounds in 4 months that's what I want to do. I want to lose 30 pounds by Christmas or at least by my graduation

YOur weight is actually my goal so relax and take it 1 step at a time. Eat right, and exercise 4 times a week and the weight will melt off. good luck!

BE HAPPY :)
