Reply from Mandy, Age 16 - 09/25/07 - IP#: 124.185.2.xxx fruit. thats wat i do, i used to majorly pig out as soon as i got home from school but now as soon as i get hoome i have a big orange that will satisfy my huinger and a big glass of water. eventually ur body will b trained to kno its not gunna have a massive amount of food at that time and u wont crave so much food anymore :D well thats the theory anyway :P
