Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone I gained 3 pounds back from the 6 i lost. :( i really need help with my diet habits and excersise. i'm really upset.

every 2-3 hours, have a snack or a mini meal, like get up in the morning and eat your breakfast, for example scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast, then a couple of hours later have a yogurt and a granola bar or something, and basically have 5 mini meals throughout the day, this will keep you from becoming really hungry and bingeing and eating like a pig in the evening. hope i helped
