Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 09/25/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx you dont need a diet plan, just go on the internet and search "calorie counter" and use it to count how many calories you are eating, make sure to stay between 1200 and 1400 per day and exercise a bit. you dont have to exercise for hours, even a 20-30 minute power walk will help. good luck
