Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well today i was going good in the morning but when i got home it all went down hill.for breakfast i had a 135 cals,then for lunch i ate about 200 cals.but when i got home we went downtown and got some jumba juice.i had the green tea smooth,so don't know how many cals are in that.then i went over my friend's house and she ordered pizza!i had about 5 small squares.then i got home and they had order pizza!!i ate 3.now i gotta burns some cals but i don't know how many.i could burn 400 but honestly i don't thinks that is enough.

400-600 is enough for one day. That's how much I usually burn. I also do good during the day and at night it's when I do bad I thinks that's when it hits all of us
